Mention is an AI-powered knowledge management and learning platform. It connects to the tools your team already uses — Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub, Intercom, and more — and transforms your existing documentation into structured, personalized learning experiences.

How it works¶
Mention operates in three phases:
- Ingest — Connect your content sources and select which documents matter. Mention crawls and ingests them automatically.
- Model — Mention analyzes your content to extract key concepts and operational processes, organizing them into Glossaries and Playbooks scoped to specific teams.
- Learn — Team members access AI-generated articles and interactive SOP walkthroughs, complete knowledge checks, and ask questions grounded in your source material.
