Plans and Pricing¶
Mention offers a 30-day Free Trial, then three plans: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Every feature is available on every plan; plans differ by how many seats you can add and how much AI usage is included each month.

Enterprise is sold through sales (sales@mentionai.app), not self-serve checkout.
If a Free Trial ends without a paid plan, the organization moves to the Free plan: access continues with a 1-seat limit and a minimal AI usage allowance until you upgrade.
What every plan includes¶
All plans provide access to every Mention feature:
- Connect unlimited content sources
- Create audiences and invite members
- AI-written articles from your own source material
- AI-composed lessons, with graded exercises and spaced review
- Grounded Q&A
- Progress tracking and adoption metrics
- All supported integrations
There is no feature gating. Plans differ by seat capacity and monthly AI usage (credits).
How to view your plan¶
Open the organization switcher in the sidebar and go to the Usage page in your organization's settings. It shows:
- Your plan name (Free Trial, Starter, Pro, Enterprise — or Free after an expired trial)
- Your AI usage for the current billing period, shown in dollars — for example "$12.50 of $150" — with a progress bar
How to change your plan¶
Your organization's settings also carry a Billing page — your subscription management, where you can view your current plan, update payment methods, and upgrade or downgrade. When credits run out, the banner shown across the app gives admins an Upgrade plan shortcut to the same place.
There's also a Pricing page that lays the plans out side by side so you can compare them and subscribe to Starter or Pro. For Enterprise, use Contact sales.
How pricing works¶
Starter and Pro are flat monthly subscriptions with included seats. Growing past a plan's seat limit means moving up a plan, not splitting into another organization. Mention gets more valuable when more people share the same articles and agent context.
Both paid self-serve plans and Free Trial include a monthly AI usage allowance measured in credits. Credits reset when your billing cycle advances; on the post-trial Free plan there is no cycle to advance, so usage does not reset automatically. Unused credits do not roll over.
