Plans and Pricing¶
Mention offers two plans — Free and Pro. Every feature is available on both; plans differ by how many seats you can add and how much AI usage is included each month.

What every plan includes¶
All plans provide access to every Mention feature:
- Connect unlimited content sources
- Create audiences and invite members
- AI-generated articles and SOPs
- Knowledge checks and grading
- Grounded Q&A
- Progress tracking and adoption metrics
- All supported integrations
There is no feature gating. Plans differ by seat capacity (what you pay for on Pro) and monthly AI usage (credits).
How to view your plan¶
As an admin, your current plan name and credit usage are displayed in the sidebar footer. You can see:
- Your plan name (Free or Pro)
- A credit usage meter showing how much of your monthly allocation has been consumed
How to change your plan¶
The plan-and-credits widget in the admin sidebar footer links to your billing page — your organization's subscription management, where you can view your current plan, update payment methods, and upgrade or downgrade.
There's also a Pricing page that lays the plans out side by side so you can compare them and subscribe.
How pricing works¶
Pro is billed per seat through your organization's subscription. Free is $0.
Both plans include a monthly AI usage allowance measured in credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle (for Pro) or calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over. Most AI-powered actions consume credits — see Understanding Credits.
The Free plan includes a small monthly allocation suited to individual exploration, plus a limit on how many assets you can activate at once. Pro includes a substantially larger monthly allocation (equivalent to roughly $300 of AI usage).
